What is it to be a man?

Women, this one is for you too.

The old world is dying. Deep inside, we all know this is true. Systems of journalism, media, education, food, politics, business, money, banking, credit, foreign relations, ecosystems, and on, and on, and on we could go.

With death comes birth. A certainty of universal principles.

In the liminal space between the old and new, men are being confronted with the opportunity for initiation. The stories of identity, power, and purpose are more alive than ever, creating a sense of dis-ease within the structure of Self.

While this Truth is undeniable, men are also battling the structures of old. The tales told for too long that men are supposed to be a certain way. Don’t feel. Don’t rage. Don’t fight the system. Don’t do what your soul calls you towards. Don’t love with an open heart. Don’t raise women up and worship them. Don’t discover your own belief systems. Don’t, don’t, don’t.

Fuck that.

The power structures that have been in place for hundreds, if not thousands, of years are rotted at the core. They’re based in fear, greed, manipulation, shame, divisiveness, blame, projection, immaturity, extraction, and control. These systems has been designed, operating, and perpetuating by the most boyish of us all. These leaders are not men. They are the most uninitiated of us all, taking no responsibility, and selfishly destroying lives and worlds as they move.

These systems fear a man in touch with his emotions and intuition.

They fear a man that knows his design and why he is here.

They fear a man who is sovereign within himself, giving no quarter to boyish qualities.

They fear a man in his Purpose.

They fear a man living in Freedom.

The new world will be built by heart-centered men who embody their freedom and are driven by purpose.

What is Purpose & Freedom?

To me, they’re the driving forces of the masculine archetype. They give this polarity life, and from these all desires are birthed.

Purpose is the animating force behind your existence. It’s the deep-rooted why—the reason your soul chose this life. It is not something you invent, but something you remember. It’s the undercurrent that gives meaning to your choices, your struggles, and your growth. Every one of you has a purpose in this life. When you touch it, it's undeniable. It's not a singular "thing" that shows up in life, but rather a frequency you touch. You feel on fire, in flow, and are ignited by passion to stay in alignment with this force. The way it can shift, change, and manifest can vary while you hold the knowing you're still on the right path.

Freedom is the capacity to live in accordance with one’s deepest truth—unbound by fear, conditioning, or coercion. It's the ability to confront the aspects of Self that are uninitiated, afraid, and victimized. Freedom is the sovereignty over ones inner-world (thoughts, emotions, programs, direction, knowing, choices, etc.). It is the non-attachment to identity, outcomes, or validation. Freedom is the capacity to hold space for others without collapsing your center or abandoning your boundaries.

When a man finds the resounding Truth of these within, something ignites. Something undeniable, as if delivered by God itself.

This, my friends, is where your ability to create the life you desire comes from.

The only requirement of you is your willingness to show the fuck up and do the work.

To the women.

A mans work is his own. If he doesn’t want it for himself, he’ll never become the man his own heart desires him to be.

However, there is a way you can aid in the process.

A man wants to be called forth, whether he knows it or not. When a woman speaks her desires, fears, struggles, and is willing to be seen in her rawness, it calls forth the parts of the man that are still living as a boy. The parts begging to be initiated, beyond the screams of victim consciousness and projections of mommy wounds.

If you want to help in this process of mass initiation men are going through, we need your voice.

This week I launched my small-group mens cohort called “The Arena”.

From the dawn of time, men have battled in arenas of their own making. The arena represents the crucible where we stand exposed, stripped to our raw essence. Every swing of the proverbial sword is a dialogue with the psyche, delicately balancing a faltering or a rising. The arena is the ground we willingly enter to unveil the aspects of Self that stall your evolution.

The Arena is a small-group cohort designed to teach you to build the version of Self you desire to be, touching the freedom of sovereignty and in turn bringing your purpose to life.

This container is for men who aspire to serve something greater than themselves and seek a brotherhood to build their vision within. Through networking, shared resources, accountability, and support, we all rise.

Your initiation is waiting, brother. I’m ready to walk alongside you, but only you can decide if you’re ready.

If this is you, let’s talk.
